Odlan Development is a limited liability company registered with the Companies Office of Jamaica. The company is located in the Kingston, metropolitan area and its core functions are Architecture, Construction and Development. We provide affordable real estate services for all demographic groups. It is the company’s objective to effectively provide reasonable and affordable housing solutions to all, through creative design studies and extensive research and analysis of existing construction techniques and providing new and innovative designs that are more economical, functional and aesthetically fulfilling.

Damion Valentine Has been practicing Architecture and Construction for the past eight (8) years, and is an associated member of the Jamaica Institute of Architects. He trained at the Vocational Development Institute for three years, and acquires a Diploma in Architectural Technology and Drawing. He then trained as an Architectural Technician for one year before studying Architecture at the University of Technology (UTECH) in Jamaica.
