Project/Development feasibility & Analysis
We review Residential, Apartment, Subdivision development and Commercial project and investigate all the Strength and weaknesses associated with project. We provide preliminary design sketches for stakeholder discussions. We consult with the different regulatory bodies and request preliminary approval formal or otherwise. We analyses the financial risk associated with project and determine the maximum return on investment. All In an effort to determine the highest and best use of the property.
Building Design 3D

Measured survey
This service is needed when the client has an existing building and does not have any drawing of the building. Our experts will Visit property and take pictures and measure building and provide an existing set of drawing; Plan, Sections and elevations. This is required if you are adding, modifying or renovating an existing building.
