This project is meticulously planned from economic, social, and design perspectives. It takes into account various factors such as migration, population density, access to roads and transportation, cost-effectiveness, livability, and comfort, as well as the importance of community and social activities. The aim is to address the challenges of low-income housing in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean region.
